Privacy Policy

gratzi ("we", "us") is a personal wage and tip tracker for service workers. We respect your privacy and collect the minimum data needed to run the app.

Information we collect

• Account info: your email address and (for Google sign-in) your name and profile photo.
• Shift data you enter: dates, hours, hourly rate, cash and card tips, and any notes you add.
• Scanned slips: when you use the camera feature, the image is sent to our AI provider for one-time extraction and is not stored on our servers.

How we use it

• To show you your earnings, charts, and insights.
• To keep your account secure and signed in.
• We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not share your shift data with third parties.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) and protected by row-level security so only your account can read it. Transit is encrypted via HTTPS.

Your rights

You can view and edit any shift at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Children

gratzi is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
