By creating an account or using gratzi (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual service workers tracking their own wages and tips.
Your data
The shift information you enter belongs to you. We provide tools to view, edit, and delete it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; gratzi is not a tax, payroll, or accounting service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload content that infringes anyone else's rights.
- No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse — accounts that violate this may be terminated without notice.
AI features
Slip scanning uses third-party AI to read shift information from a photo. Results may be inaccurate; please review every field before saving.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, gratzi is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
